Kaka Web3 重视您的隐私。本政策说明您使用 Kaka Web3 App 时，我们可能处理哪些信息、处理目的、第三方服务、保存与删除方式，以及您可如何管理相关数据。
一、我们处理的信息
1. 账号与个人资料
当您注册或登录时，我们会处理用于账号认证的邮箱、密码或其他登录凭据。您可以主动设置昵称、头像、个人简介和公开联系方式等资料。
2. 您主动发布、上传或发送的内容
包括文章、评论、收藏、关注、认证或反馈申请，以及私信和群聊中的文字、图片、视频、语音、文件、名片、位置等内容。您主动公开发布的内容会按相应功能的可见范围向其他用户展示。
3. 设备本地数据与缓存
为提升启动、行情、K 线、聊天及媒体加载速度，App 可能在设备中保存必要的 SQLite 数据、图片或视频缓存、设置及最近一次有效数据。您可以在设置中清除本地缓存。
4. 权限及对应数据
• 定位：仅在您主动使用地图、地点搜索、地图选点、发送当前位置等功能时请求和使用。浏览行情不会导致持续后台定位。
• 麦克风：仅在您主动录制语音消息或使用语音/视频通话时使用。
• 相机、照片和文件：仅在您主动拍摄、选择或上传头像、图片、视频或文件时使用。
• 通知：经您允许后，用于消息、互动、审核结果、价格提醒等您启用的通知功能。
5. 设备、网络与服务运行信息
为维持登录、推送通知、实时通信、限制滥用、保障安全及排查故障，我们或受托服务提供商可能处理必要的设备标识、操作系统信息、网络信息、请求时间、账号标识、操作结果和技术日志。我们不会要求您提供与功能无关的密码、私钥、助记词或验证码。
二、我们如何使用信息
我们仅在合理必要范围内使用上述信息，用于：
• 提供账号、行情、K 线、链上与宏观数据、内容、社区、聊天、提醒、地图、实时音视频及个人管理功能；
• 同步和展示您主动提交的数据；
• 保存必要缓存并改善性能；
• 提供通知、客服、反馈与账号注销处理；
• 进行安全控制、防滥用、故障排查和合规处理。
三、云服务与第三方服务提供商
为实现相应功能，Kaka Web3 可能使用以下第三方或云服务。相关服务仅在提供对应功能所必要的范围内处理数据：
• Supabase：用于账号认证、数据库、实时数据和文件存储等云端能力，可能处理账号标识、用户提交内容、聊天数据、媒体文件和必要技术日志。
• Firebase Cloud Messaging（Google）：在您允许通知后，用于 Android 系统推送消息送达，并可能处理推送令牌及必要的设备、网络和运行信息。
• 极光推送 JPush（深圳市和讯华谷信息技术有限公司）：在您明确同意并启用相关通知能力后，用于消息送达，可能处理必要的设备标识、设备和操作系统信息、网络信息及推送运行日志。
• 高德开放平台地图与搜索服务：仅在您主动使用地图、地点搜索、地图选点或发送位置时启动，可能处理经纬度、搜索词及提供功能所需的设备和网络信息。
• Tencent RTC / 腾讯云实时音视频服务：仅在您主动发起或参与语音/视频通话等实时通信功能时使用，可能处理完成实时通信所必需的音视频流、网络质量、设备与会话技术信息。
第三方服务根据其自身隐私规则处理其职责范围内的数据。我们不会因为您浏览 Kaka Web3 的行情、研究或资讯页面而要求您向交易平台提供交易密码、私钥、助记词或验证码。
四、第三方内容和外部链接
行情、链上、宏观、新闻、项目资料及外部链接可能来自交易平台、公开数据源、项目方或其他第三方。您主动打开交易平台、区块浏览器、项目官网或其他第三方网站后，其数据处理适用对应第三方的隐私规则。
五、信息共享
我们不会出售您的个人信息。
仅在下列必要情形下，我们可能向服务提供商或其他相关方提供或允许处理相应信息：
• 为完成您主动使用的功能和云端服务；
• 遵守适用法律、监管要求或有效法律程序；
• 保护用户、平台或他人的合法权益与安全；
• 经您另行明确同意。
六、保存、删除与账号注销
我们仅在提供服务、安全、合规及处理争议所合理需要的期限内保存必要数据。设备本地缓存可以由您主动清除。
您可以在 App 的“我的 / 设置”中修改个人资料、管理内容、退出登录，并通过“账号注销申请”提交账号删除请求。

账号注销完成后，我们将删除或匿名化与账号关联的个人数据及用户内容，但以下信息可能在必要期限内保留：适用法律法规要求保存的记录、处理争议或安全事件所必需的有限记录，以及为防止欺诈和滥用所合理必要的记录。此类保留不会用于与原目的无关的商业用途。
七、安全
我们采取合理的访问控制、权限隔离、服务端规则、传输保护和缓存限制等措施保护数据。但任何互联网服务均无法保证绝对安全。请勿在文章、评论或聊天中公开密码、私钥、助记词、交易密码或验证码等敏感凭据。
八、您的选择与权利
根据 App 提供的功能及适用法律，您可以查看或修改个人资料、管理内容和通知、清除本地缓存、删除或撤回部分内容、提交账号注销请求，并可通过隐私联系邮箱与我们联系处理与个人信息有关的问题。
九、未成年人
Kaka Web3 面向能够依法使用相关互联网、金融市场资讯、数字资产资讯和社区服务的用户。若您所在地区对年龄或监护人同意有特别要求，请在满足当地要求后使用本服务。Kaka Web3 不以儿童为主要目标用户。
十、政策更新
当产品功能、数据处理方式、第三方服务或法律要求发生重要变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并通过 App 内页面或官方网站提供最新版本。更新后的政策自标明的生效日期起适用。

Kaka Web3 respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Kaka Web3 app, why it is processed, the service providers involved, how information is retained or deleted, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we process
• Account and profile information. Email, password, or other login credentials are used for account authentication. You may also choose to provide a display name, avatar, bio, and public contact information.
• Content you choose to publish, upload, or send, including articles, comments, favorites, follows, verification or feedback requests, direct or group chat text, images, videos, voice messages, files, contact cards, and locations.
• On-device data and cache. To improve startup, market, candlestick, chat, and media performance, the app may store necessary SQLite data, media caches, settings, and the latest valid data on your device.
• Permissions and related data. Location is used only when you actively use map, place-search, map-selection, or location-sharing features. Microphone access is used only for voice messages or voice/video calls. Camera, photos, and files are accessed only when you choose to capture, select, or upload content. Notifications are used, with your permission, for enabled message, interaction, review-result, and alert features.
• Device, network, and service-operation information. We or our service providers may process necessary device identifiers, operating-system information, network information, request times, account identifiers, operation results, and technical logs to maintain sessions, deliver notifications and real-time communications, prevent abuse, protect security, and troubleshoot failures.
2. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide account, market, candlestick, on-chain, macro, content, community, chat, alert, map, real-time audio/video, and profile-management features; synchronize data you choose to submit; maintain necessary caches; provide notifications and support; process feedback and account deletion; and perform security, anti-abuse, troubleshooting, and compliance functions.
3. Cloud and third-party service providers
Kaka Web3 may use the following providers when needed for the relevant feature:
• Supabase for authentication, databases, real-time data, and file storage.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for Android push notifications after you allow notifications.
• JPush, provided by Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd., for push delivery after you consent to and enable the relevant notification service.
• AMap map and search services when you actively use map, place-search, map-selection, or location-sharing features.
• Tencent RTC / Tencent Cloud real-time audio/video services when you actively start or join voice/video calls. These services may process the audio/video streams and necessary network, device, session, and quality information required to deliver the communication.
Each provider processes data within its own responsibilities and under its applicable privacy terms. Browsing Kaka Web3 market, research, or news pages does not require you to provide exchange passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or verification codes.
4. Third-party content and external links
Market, on-chain, macro, news, project information, and external links may come from trading venues, public data providers, project teams, or other third parties. If you open an external trading venue, block explorer, project website, or other third-party service, that service's privacy practices apply.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed or disclosed only when reasonably necessary to deliver a feature you requested, comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect users or platform security and legal rights, or with your separate consent.
6. Retention, deletion, and account deletion
We retain necessary information only for a reasonable period required to provide the service, protect security, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve disputes. You may clear on-device cache from Settings.

After account deletion is completed, we will delete or anonymize personal data and user content associated with the account, except for limited records that must be retained under applicable law, are reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or security incidents, or are reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse. Such retained records are not used for unrelated commercial purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable access controls, permission isolation, server-side rules, transport protection, and cache limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Never publish or send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, trading passwords, or verification codes through articles, comments, or chats.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to available app features and applicable law, you may view or edit profile information, manage content and notifications, clear local cache, withdraw or delete certain content, submit an account-deletion request, and contact us about personal-data matters.
9. Minors
Kaka Web3 is intended for users who are legally able to use the relevant internet, financial-market information, digital-asset information, and community services. If your location requires a particular age or guardian consent, use the service only after satisfying those requirements. Kaka Web3 is not primarily directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when product functions, data-processing practices, service providers, or legal requirements materially change. The current version will be available in the app or on the official website and applies from its stated effective date.
